Overview:

The Martin Lineshaft Driven Infeed is available in single , double, and triple web units. Each infeed is custom designed to meet the requirements of your press. Standard models are available from 20 through 49 inches. For wide web applications, 50 inches and greater, please consult Martin with your specific needs. Web guiding system is included as an integral part of each infeed.

Specifications: **

Maximum Roll Diameter	to 3.5 IN	to 89 MM
Tension Accuracy	within 1 LB or 1% of set tension, whichever is greater
Maximum Tension Per Inch	to 10 LBS/IN	to 179 KG/M
Web Guide	Will respond to any error greater than .005 IN ±1 IN correction (depending on web guide option)

• Dancer assembly designed to accommodate half-web at full tension without distortion
• All solid state components on plug-in printed circuit board
• Two speed DC clutch drive in standard unit provides dependable tension control without complex electronics
• Pre-wired. External wiring connects at junction box.
• "Power-on" light on control console goes out if fuse opens.
• Precision regulator for setting tension
• Rolling diaphragm pneumatic cylinders

Electrical	117/220 VAC ±10% 50 or 60 HZ 300 VAC per web
Pneumatic	to 80 PSI	to 5 ATM
